Order Processing

All of our products are made to order. This allows us to offer unique designs while reducing waste and excess inventory.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping

After your order has been produced, standard shipping within the United States generally takes 3–7 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

Southern Rogue is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to help if your order has not yet entered production.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• A brief description of the issue

We'll work with our production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
